 Notes on Gender Lens Discussion Role Activity- In assigned groups, students will analyze text for symbolism, vocabulary, observations and questions that support a gender lensed analysis of the text. Notes on Marxist Lens Discussion Role Activity- In assigned groups, students will analyze text for symbolism, vocabulary, observations and questions that support a Marxist analysis of the text.  Closing

 Charades/ Improvisation/Role Play Have students engage in dramatic creations that summarize the learning. Text Messages Similar to a sentence summary, ask students to write a summary of the key learning in txt msg form. LOL. BTW Analogy- students create an analogy to describe one of the Reader’s Response, Gender, or Marxist lens.
